Al crear una cuenta en Vale o usar cualquier parte del servicio, aceptás estos Términos de Uso en su totalidad.

1. El servicio

Vale es una plataforma de asistente virtual con inteligencia artificial diseñada para ayudar a negocios a atender clientes, agendar citas y gestionar comunicaciones de manera automatizada. El servicio es operado por Supraide LLC.

2. Elegibilidad

  • Debés tener al menos 18 años para usar el servicio.
  • Debés registrarte con una cuenta de Google válida y proveer información verídica sobre tu negocio.
  • Sos responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta.

3. Uso aceptable

Podés usar Vale para atender consultas de clientes, agendar citas y gestionar comunicaciones de tu negocio. Queda prohibido usar el servicio para:

  • Enviar spam, mensajes masivos no solicitados o comunicaciones engañosas.
  • Hacerse pasar por otra persona, negocio o entidad de manera fraudulenta.
  • Violar las políticas de uso de WhatsApp Business u otras plataformas conectadas.
  • Procesar o transmitir contenido ilegal, difamatorio o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
  • Intentar acceder sin autorización a sistemas o datos de otros usuarios.
  • Revertir ingeniería, copiar o distribuir cualquier parte del software de Vale.

4. Contenido generado por IA

Vale utiliza modelos de inteligencia artificial para generar respuestas automáticas. Aunque configuramos el sistema con cuidado, no garantizamos que todas las respuestas sean perfectas, completas o libres de errores.

Como dueño del negocio, sos responsable de revisar la configuración de Vale, monitorear las conversaciones y responder a las expectativas de tus clientes.

5. Vale no brinda consejo profesional

Vale genera respuestas automáticamente y puede ser impreciso u omitir información. Vale no brinda consejo médico, odontológico, legal ni de ningún otro tipo profesional, y no realiza diagnósticos. Vos, como dueño, sos responsable de la información que el asistente presenta en nombre de tu negocio.

6. Datos de tus clientes

Al usar Vale, procesamos datos personales de tus clientes en tu nombre. Esto te convierte en responsable del tratamiento de esos datos, y a Supraide en encargado. Te comprometés a contar con el consentimiento adecuado de tus clientes e informarles que interactúan con un asistente con IA.

7. Planes y pagos

  • Vale ofrece un período de prueba gratuito. Al vencimiento, se requiere suscripción paga para continuar.
  • Los precios están en dólares estadounidenses (USD) y pueden cambiar con 30 días de preaviso.
  • Los pagos son anticipados y no reembolsables, salvo lo indicado en la política de cancelación.

8. Cancelación

  • Podés cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde tu panel de control.
  • Al cancelar, tu acceso continúa hasta el final del período ya pagado.
  • Tus datos se eliminan dentro de los 30 días según nuestra Política de Privacidad.

9. Servicios de terceros

El servicio se integra con Google (inicio de sesión y Calendar), Meta/WhatsApp (mensajería) y Google Gemini (IA). Tu uso de esas integraciones también está sujeto a los términos de cada tercero. No somos responsables por servicios de terceros.

10. Propiedad intelectual

Todo el software, diseño y marca de Vale son propiedad exclusiva de Supraide LLC. El contenido que vos cargás (descripción del negocio, servicios, etc.) sigue siendo de tu propiedad; nos otorgás una licencia limitada para usarlo solo con el fin de prestar el servicio.

11. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el servicio se ofrece "tal como está", sin garantías. Supraide no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales ni pérdida de ganancias. La responsabilidad total de Supraide no excederá el monto pagado en los últimos 12 meses.

12. Modificaciones

Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Te notificaremos por correo con al menos 15 días de anticipación antes de cambios importantes. El uso continuado implica la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

13. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Virginia, Estados Unidos.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vale is an AI-powered assistant that answers customer messages and helps schedule appointments on behalf of your business, in the channels you connect (such as a web widget or WhatsApp). Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for a lawful business purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the content and instructions you configure for Vale, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your communications with customers.
  • You will obtain any consent required to message your customers through the channels you connect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful messages, to harass or deceive, to violate the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in and Calendar), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), and Google Gemini (AI). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. AI and No Professional Advice

Vale generates responses automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Vale does not provide medical, dental, legal, or other professional advice and does not diagnose conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and standing behind the information your business presents through Vale.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supraide will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
